This is the wording that comes with your offer and that you confirm with the button in the e-mail. We store the exact wording you agreed to with each booking, so even after a later change you can look up what applied to you.

less than 14 days but at least 48 hours before the start

less than 48 hours before the start, or a no-show
What counts is the moment your cancellation reaches us. If it falls exactly on a boundary between tiers, the milder tier always applies. Post-production not yet carried out is not charged.
What you agree to by confirming

The scope and price above are binding for both parties. Any work beyond this offer, such as extra studio hours or additional post-production, is agreed in advance and charged according to our current price list.

The date is reserved only once you confirm. Until then we may offer it to someone else.
- 03
We issue the invoice after the session ends, payable within 14 days. Prices include VAT; Mamusic s.r.o. is a VAT payer.

Cancelling 14 or more days before the session starts is free. Cancelling less than 14 days but at least 48 hours before the start is charged at 50 % of the reserved studio time, and less than 48 hours before the start or not showing up at the full price of that time. What counts is the moment your cancellation reaches us; if it falls exactly on a boundary between tiers, the milder tier always applies. Post-production not yet carried out is not charged.

The date can be rescheduled once by agreement, if studio capacity allows.
